M-TRUST is the official portal of Masan High-Tech Materials (MHT) for receiving security-related reports. It enables employees, the community, partners, suppliers, and other stakeholders to report-either anonymously or openly-any violations of laws, ethics, company regulations, or risks that may affect the reputation, integrity, assets, or people of MHT.
M-TRUST is designed with the objective:

Masan High-Tech Materials is committed to absolute confidentiality for whistleblowers. You can choose to remain anonymous or provide your name. In all cases, personal information will not be disclosed without your consent. All reports are taken seriously, carefully reviewed, and investigated when necessary and appropriate. All report contents are kept confidential, and you are not required to provide your identity if you do not wish to do so.

ELIGIBLE USERS
M-TRUST whistleblowing system is open to all individuals and organizations in relation to with MHT's operations, including but not limited to:
- Employees: All officers, staff members, casual workers, and interns currently working at MHT.
- Contractors and partners: Personnel of contractors, suppliers/vendors, and service providers under contracts with MHT.
- Customers and related communities: Individuals and organizations that have direct or indirect relations with MHT and have information to report.
All of the above groups may use the system to submit reports, complaints related to MHT's reputation, credibility, assets, people, working environment, and compliance with regulations.
Principles of use
To ensure that the whistleblowing system operates effectively, transparently, and fairly, users are required to follow these principles:
1. Option to remain anonymous or disclose identity
- Whistleblowers have full discretion to remain anonymous or disclose their identity.
- In all cases, MHT is committed to keeping the whistleblower's identity confidential unless consent is given.
2. Providing accurate, true and grounded information
- Reports should be based on facts, with clear and specific descriptions of incidents.
- Supporting evidence (documents, images, witnesses, etc.) should be provided where possible to enhance credibility and facilitate prompt investigation and resolution by MHT.
3. No misuse for false accusations, defamation or disinformation
- The system must not be used for personal purposes such as internal conflicts or personal grudges.
- Any deliberate provision of false, fabricated, or misleading information that harms others' reputation or MHT's credibility will be subject to disciplinary action in accordance with company regulations.
Compliance with the above principles will help ensure that the whistleblowing system becomes a reliable, fair, and genuinely useful channel for both the whistleblowers and MHT.

Q: Why should I blow the whistle on misconduct?
+A: Reporting misconduct helps ensure that Masan High-Tech Materials remains a fair, safe and honest workplace. Misconduct can have a negative effect on the work environment and reputation. By reporting misconduct, you can help save money by detecting fraud and help people maintain a safe work environment.
Q: Can I be anonymous?
+A: When you contact M-TRUST, you decide whether you want to remain anonymous or not. You can keep your identity secret or disclose it to M-TRUST. However, you are encouraged to identify yourself as this frequently makes the investigation and resolution process easier. Sometimes you may not be able to remain anonymous as your identity may be apparent to M-TRUST or Masan High-Tech Materials from the information you give.
M-TRUST will try and ensure that you remain anonymous if you choose to do so. M-TRUST will keep any information you give about yourself confidential within M-TRUST system. M-TRUST will also disclose it if required by law to do so.
Q: What happens with my identity when I make a report?
+A: You do not have to disclose your name to M-TRUST if you do not want to. Your report will be kept only under a reference number until you decide to disclose your name to M-TRUST.
Q: What if I suspect something is wrong, but I am not sure?
+A:Most cases reported are uncovered through tips from honest people who are not sure of their facts. It is not expected you will know every detail. Reporting what you do know is enough.
Q: Will I be involved after I report an incident?
+A: Once you have made your report, you do not need to deal with it any further. However, if you have new or additional information or wish to make changes to your original report, you can do so on this website here.
Q: How soon will Masan High-Tech Materials be notified after a report is made?
+A:M-TRUST system will provide a report to a dedicated representative at Masan High-Tech Materials within three business days of your report. Of course, if you report something of critical importance to M-TRUST then it will be Masan High-Tech Materials immediately but be aware that this is not a system for reporting emergency situations.
Q: Do I get rewarded for reporting misconduct?
+A: No. There is no reward for reporting misconduct to M-TRUST.
Q: How will I know if something has been done about my report?
+A: If your report includes your identity, Masan High-Tech Materials will reach out to you directly to provide status updates via the email or phone number you have shared.
Q: How many times can I contact M-TRUST?
+A: You can contact M-TRUST as many times as you want to report suspected misconduct.
Q: Are law enforcement agencies notified of reports made to M-TRUST?
+A:The information reported to M-TRUST is forwarded to the Masan High-Tech Materials representative who is responsible for addressing misconduct. If he or she decides action is necessary, then they may notify the appropriate law enforcement agency if this is appropriate, or a legal requirement.
Q: Will there be an investigation process after each report is made?
+A: Whether there is an investigation depends on a number of factors including the information provided, the details, documentation and Masan High-Tech Materials policy. Masan High-Tech Materials will decide what action is required when they receive the report. All reports on material matters will be brought to the attention of the Group's Internal Audit Committee at its regular meetings.
Q: What personal information will M-TRUST collect about you or others?
+A: When you contact M-TRUST, your personal data will only be collected if you choose to provide it. This also applies to other relevant information regarding other persons in connection with the incident.
Q: How will M-TRUST use or disclose personal information?
+A: M-TRUST will only use and disclose personal information in providing this service to you and Masan High-Tech Materials. M-TRUST will disclose the information it collects to Masan High-Tech Materials so they can act on your report as and when required by law or regulatory authority.

REPORTING METHODS
Whistleblowers can use the MSafeTrust website to report suspected fraud or other issues that may affect MHTβs reputation, credibility, assets, people, or corporate culture.
Levels of Personal Information Disclosure
- Confidential but not anonymous: Your personal details will be disclosed in the report.
- Anonymity: Your personal information (name, phone number, email, etc.) will not be directly disclosed, but it may still be possible to trace the report back to a specific individual when cross-referenced with other data.
- Completely anonymous: You will remain completely anonymous, although you are encouraged to identify yourself as this frequently makes the investigation and resolution process easier. By choosing complete anonymity, you acknowledge that it may make the investigation and resolution of your report difficult, and you may not receive feedback if sufficient information is not provided.

- Who was directly involved in the incident? (Individuals, groups, departments)

- For anonymous reports: You may leave these fields blank and only submit the content of your report.
Whistleblowers should provide as much accurate information as possible based on what they know, but it is not mandatory to provide all of the above details to support the investigation. The Company will review the content of the report to proceed with verification and investigation where necessary.

Please do not report events presenting an immediate threat to life or property as we may not be able to reply immediately. All reports are completely confidential, and you are not required to reveal your identity unless you choose to do so. However, you should provide as much information as possible as this will facilitate any further action or investigation. Personal data and information submitted to YOUR VOICE MATTERS may be disclosed to law enforcement or regulatory oversight agencies to comply with applicable laws, rules, and regulatory requirements.
